Our Team Synergy was created, specifically, for you to be able to measure how effective AND efficient your teamwork may be. That team may be your own team or the "your" may be your organisation and the teams within it.
No prior experience? No problem.
Typically the role of a Facilitator is either brought in externally or maintained within key departments within organisations.
Our beginner course is just that. By the end, you should feel confident to be able to create, prepare and analyse the report, along with plan and deliver a team development session or activity plan.

Learning outcomes, confidence quizzes and assessments help you reflect and the team assess your knowledge as you move through the pathway.
Identify
What is team effectiveness and how it can be measured.
Define
The 4 key categories, 16 elements and 48 Statements make up the OTS report.
Define
Ways to prepare the OTS report for workshop delivery.
Examine
The different elements of the OTS report in detail and be able to link them to what is working effectively and those that are causing challenges.

Simple facilitated strategies in the workplace to help improve team effectiveness, collaboration and communication within teams.
Define
And apply SMARTA (Specific- Measurable-Achievable-Realistic- Timely-Agreed)objectives for the purpose of facilitating a workshop.

3 Steps To Success
To be able to faciliate Our Team Synergy you will need to pass the Facilitator Confidence Assessment with a score of 80% or higher.
You will have 3 attempts in total to do so.
